The process of constructing Florida A&M University, College of Law will be completed. This project will assure the obligations outlined in Committe Subsitute for SB68 (2000) are met. The statue calls for the University to meet American Bar Association (ABA) accredidation standards. The certaintly of a permanent building site is one of the known criteria, amongst others, needed to meet the standards. Therefore, the state as a matter of public policy shold help the university meet its facilities obligation. |
