The project will provide innovative residential foster care services for male youth 14 and older. Based on a specialized school model, the 50-bed program will offer extensive vocational and independent living training in a family cottage setting. The program will be sited in DCF District Two and serve the entire North Florida catchment area, from Escambia to Duval Counties. |

|
Youth will complete standard high school diploma or GED. Youth will leave the program with a portfolio of measrable employment skills and be placed in employment prior to discharge. |
