SER jobs for Progress proposes to build upon it's successful at risk and out of school prevention program by enabling high risk youth to stay in school enable out of school youth to re-enter shool and enabloe out of school youth to secure unsubsidized employment. A minimum of 200 program participants will be served. The prevention program provides a training aand mentoring component as well as counseling and remedial educaitonl. The latrer will be in classroom setting and will be teacher led and computer assessed |
