Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Identifying current truancy initiatives in 41 small and/or rural counties, 19 counties/school districts identified as medium sized and 7 counties/school districts identified as large, eliminating duplication of services, identifying those programs, services and interventions that are successful in reducing truancy and building an efficient continuum to address truancy.  The process will include gathering local stakeholders to achieve the goals and establishing baseline data on performance of existing services through the statewide data base used by the CINS/FINS agencies.
