Capital Improvement for CHI dental department. The funding will enable CHI tp provide preventative dental care to the children of low income families.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
An increase of 35% over the current number of children served by the CHI dental department and screen 100% of them for the Child Health Insurance Program.
