This program will train teachers statewide in methods to self-empower minority children for school and work success, and to assess the effects of this training on children in their classrooms.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

 

 

 

 

 

200 teachers trained and 6,000 students impacted; improvement in grades and work readiness skills and decreases in behavior problems of these children
