Development of a 16-unit affordable housing project on Big Pine Key, Monroe County.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The creation of sixteen single family affordable homeownership opportunities for families that would otherwise be unable of purchasing a property in Monroe County. A variety of independent national researchers have determined that homeownership stabilizes the family and community.
