Project Description:
To create and implement a start-up program for a 30-bed short-term residential treatment facility to serve District 2, state priority clients. The facility will provide a program to ensure community residents are involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the services for the project.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
There is a relative high cost of health care services for a large number of residents of these counties. High costs render many health services to be unaffordable and inaccessible to its residents. We anticipated that our project would help patients to divert from costly state hospitalization and an extended CSU stay on an annual basis.
