Project Description:
Wellspring Fest is a tourist's Festival designed to highlighted to the people of the City of Quincy, their cultural, skills, history and pride. The project will gather data regarding the history of Gadsden County as well as the services being provided in the Community. The art festival will feature artisanes and crafters from around teh region and many exhibit booths.

The anticipated outcome of this project will provide an economic market around cultural and historical events in Quincy, Florida.
