Paving roadway from Mack Bayou Road to Church Street (approximately four miles). Roadway would be located north of U.S. 98.

Alleviate congestion on U.S. 98 and provide an alternative route for traffic as the FDOT undertakes the four-laning of U.S. 98 over the next two years.
