Project Description:
Resurface and pave Chat Holley Road, Church Street and Churchill Bayou Road. Replace all drainage pipes, road shoulder work and install drainage structure (4.9 miles in length).
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Alleviate traffic congestion on U.S. 98 from about a mile west of CR 393 to U.S. 331. Will provide an alternate route for traffic while U.S. 98 is being four-laned over the next two years.
