The purchase of land to construct an outdoor track facility and local youth center. Further, the center will provide after school & holiday programs, including but not limited to: crime prevention programs, drug & alcohol prevention & awareness, lifetime leisure activities and a pregnancy prevention lab. |

Keeping minors from activities, which would increase their likelihood of getting arrested, injured or resulting in teen pregnancy. Also, revenue generated from track will make the facility self-sufficient. The track will be the only track in Florida designed to meet the standards for international competitions, thus drawing state and regional track competitions. |
