These funds are designed to provide supportive services to homeless individuals and families in each DCF district, and are allocated to private and/or public non-profit organizations and governmental entities to deliver services. Services include emergency housing, transitional housing with treatment services (mental health addiction), employment training and placement, and permanent housing. |
