Project Description:
This program provides outpatient services for persons with a substance abuse or dependence problem. We proved treatment, education and rehabilitation services to help our clients achieve a new lifestyle free from chemical dependence, abuse or any obsessive behavior that interferes with their functioning in society. We also provide services to those clients who have a concomitant psychiatric problem helping in order to help them improve the quality of their lives. We provide services to all individuals 18 years of age and older without regard to national origin, race, ethnical or religious background but with an emphasis on the monolingual hispanic population.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
This program is capable of assisting 60 patients at one time for a 3 month period. Upon approval from the Department of Children and Families, the treatment period may be extended for another 3 months.
