Renewing Lives is a residential transitional living project for youth between the ages of 13 and 17 who are homeless; have a prior history of delinquency; and are at risk (truant, runaway, drop-out)and a threat to public safety. The services include: Behavior Modification Life Skills Training; Mental Health overlay; education; health services; case management; conditional release (aftercare, mentoring, independent living). |
