Project Description:
Relocation of a portion of the Miami Metromover guideway that occupies the I-95 ramp area and the center of S.E. 3rd Street to reduce traffic congestion, enhance traffic flow and promote economic development in Downtown Miami
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Significant reduction in travel time into Downtown Miami, reduction of downtown peak hour travel time by 80%; economic revitalization of the Central Business District; and new tax revenues ($17.4 million/year).
