Project Description:
South Floirda Substance Abuse (SFSA) is a unique, cost-effective partnership between the public sector and the private sector that has provided Outpatient Methadone Treatment and HIV/AIDS/Hepatitis Prevention among hard core inner city IV Heroin users in Palm Beach, Broward, Dade, and surrounding counties since 1988.
