Project Description:
A rapid response system that assists police departments statewide in the search for missing children, the elderly, the disables and sexual predators notification. A Child Is Missing can assist law enforcement in various emergencies in searches.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
At present 33-law enforcement agencies are using the service. ACIM has been able to produce results and leads to finding people, saving law enforcement many hours and additional revenue. With the expanded service law enforcement will have service provided when they need it by just calling. The sooner person?s are found or notified the safer they are. The community benefits and it is a response system that people can hear working in their own homes.
