Construction of a multi-purpose community center.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Allow citizens of the Glades and South Bay access to community services that will focus on job training skills, literacy education and teach community pride to the targeted 60% of residents in South Bay over the age of 18 that do not have a high school diploma. Reduce the drop out rate of students by providing constructive activities for them other than juvenile crime.
