This project was partially funded last year which resulted in engaging services of consultants to develop market study, master plan and traffic plan and is in need of continued support for phase 2, which will include implementing street scope, sidewalk, lighting and landscaping.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The project will create new jobs, increase property values, attract new business opportunities and generate additional sales tax revenue for the state.
