Project Description:
The Broward Information Network is a virtual database that allows the sharing of client data for the benefit of three categories of users within the Broward County Health, Human Services, and the education provider community. The BIN will service policy makers with data for measuring the effectiveness of services offered to the residents of the County. It will facilitate the sharing of information among various providers of Broward County with the objective of presenting a more complete picture of a client and resducing the need to enter data about a client more than once. It will make information available to the residents of Broward County for both state and local services provided.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased knowledge of client and service delivery in Broward COunty, as well as the ability to share this process with other counties and state agencies.
