PHASE III OF REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HOLMES COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS THAT WERE DESTROYED BY A TORNADO
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
HOLMES COUNTY RESIDENTS USE THE FAIRGROUNDS FOR A WIDE VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES YEAR ROUND. IT IS THE ONLY FACILITY IN THE COUNTY THAT LENDS ITSELF TO LARGE GATHERINGS OF PEOPLE.
