CLIENTS WILL BE SERVED IN A MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE MANNER. STAFF WILL HAVE ADEQUATE WORK SPACE TO PERFORM THEIR JOB FUNCTIONS. ALL PROGRAM ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO CLIENTS WILL BE MONITORED AND DATA PROVIDED VIA THE CIS/HMC SYSTEM.
