Rebuild & upgrade HARC facility in NW Tampa, to provide day services for an additional 50 persons with severe disability and serve 100 persons on evenings and weekends.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increase number of developmentally disabled served (150); improve Developmentally Disabled quality of life.
