Flagler Detox Operating and Family Treatment Services for Volusia and Flagler Counties; Project formerly titled Stewart-Marchman Center- Flagler & Volusia (in 2000-2001 budget). Continuation of funding originally provided by 1999 Legislature with non-recurring funds and continued by the 2000 Legislature with continuing general revenue funds. $700,000 will be used for operation of outpatient and detoxification services in Flagler County. The remaining $343,000 is used to fund Family Treatment Services throughout Stewart-Marchman Center's programs in Volusia and Flagler County, including science based prevention, intervention, and family counseling services for substance abusing clients. |
