THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DISASTER SHELTER FOR THE CITIZENS OF MILTON, SANTA ROSA COUNTY AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA. THE FACILITY IS TO BE DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND HURRICANE-FORCE WINDS. THE FACILITY WILL SERVE AS A SHELTER FOR THOSE WHO ARE REQUIRED TO EVACUATE, AND OTHER TIMES, USED AS A RECREATIONAL FACILITY FOR AREA RESIDENTS. |
