ABILITY TO MOVE SHIPS AND CARGO ALONG THE WATERWAY. REQUESTED FUNDS WOULD BE USED TO PURCHASE SPOIL SITES SO THE ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS CAN PROCEED WITH THE DREDGING.
