The focus of the COURT Project is to provide individuals with alternative "recovery" that will provide a structured short-term living environment with supportive and rehabilitative services. Residential Services, Intensive Case Management Serivces, Rehabilitative Services, Treatment Services, Peer Support and Self Help, Crisis Intervention and Respite Services, Transportation, and community Housing. |
