This transprotation project involves engineering right of way acquistion and roadway construction to a by pass for US 98 around downtown Fortwalton Beach
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Phase 1 of the PDE has shown the existing roadway will fail by 2010. the new alignment provides an acceptable level of service through the design year of 2025
