Planning, design and construction of roadways, utilities, drainage systems and related infrastructure to convert abandoned Navy base adjacent to airport into a viable commercial park and Foreign Trade Zone.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Once complete and fully utitlized the commerce park can generate as many as 1000 new jobs.
