The Chief Financial Officer shall maintain within the State Treasury the following trust funds for the department:(1) The State Transportation Trust Fund, to which shall be credited the proceeds of the gas tax as authorized by chapter 83-3, Laws of Florida, and such other funds which accrue to the department which are not required to be maintained in separate trust funds.
(2) Such other funds as may be authorized by bond resolutions or agreements with any other public bodies or agencies.
