Title X PUBLIC OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND RECORDS Chapter 121 FLORIDA RETIREMENT SYSTEM View Entire Chapter 121.085 Creditable service.—The following provision shall apply to creditable service as defined in s. 121.021(17): no creditable service which remained unclaimed at retirement may be claimed or purchased after a retirement benefit payment has been cashed or deposited.
