Job Title

Session OPS-Clerk

General Summary

This is work performing clerical duties.  Must have ability to follow verbal and written instructions, organize files, records and other materials.  Ability to communicate effectively, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Tasks include, but are not limited to, organizing and maintaining filing systems, receiving telephone calls, providing answers to questions, processing and dispensing mail and related correspondence.  Ability to operate photocopier, calculator and computer.  May type reports, letters, memoranda and other correspondence and other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or its equivalent or equivalent combination of training and experience.
