Project Description: |
Reconstruction/enhancement of an existing open stormwater conveyance system that is frequently overwhelmed contributing to poor surface water quality inflows entering Lake Jackson and flooding within the Harbinwood Estates subdivision. The project also includes new stormwater facilities to attenuate flow and treat stormwater that is now passing untreated directly to Lake Jackson. |
