| Expand and enhance the exisitng elderly program to offer services to an additional 200 seniors from its waiting list in the areas of nutrition, health screening, case management, isolation reduction through recreation and socialization programs, social counseling, information and referral to other services, telephone counseling and outreach. | |||||||||
