Project Description: |
In 2001, Serenity House implemented this project to provide specialized aftercare services to high-risk substance abusers completing residential treatment. This program provides housing, case management, counseling, and advocacy to stabilize the gains clients have achieved in high cost residential treatment programs. This program interrupts the "revolving door" syndrome for individuals completing treatment. Outcome and cost effectiveness date indicate the significant impact of this program upon employment, arrests, hospitalizations, and successful completion. |
