| The Florida Red Tide Alliance is seeking total funding of $1.9 million for FY 2003/2004 for the first year of a five year study. Funds will be divided among FMRI, Mote and the state HAB Task Force for research and development of advanced monitoring and prediction capabilities. | |||||||||
