| Establish a regional center serving Northeast Florida that will provide education and cross training to the community, training to professionals and caregivers of elders and substance abuse and mental health counselors. Additional services will include mental health, substance abuse, other behavioral issues of concern to caregivers of older adult. | |||||||||
