| The project will eliminate the discharge of treated sewage into Holmes Creek and will establish an upland disposal via land application. The project will eliminate sewage discharges to Holmes Creek, the Choctawhatchee River and Choctawhatchee Bay. The project is proposed in cooperation with the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance of Okaloosa-Walton Community College. The project is located in a Rural Area of Critical Economic Concern. | |||||||||
