| Girls Empowered for Success provides an environment of caring indididuals to support youth and provide constructive examples. The program provides many benefits aimed at improving self esteem, keeping young people in school, providing support, enhancing parenting skills. The program utilizes a combination of on site and off site modules for the implementation and miantenance process. The criteria is to ensure successful relationships who are required to maintain contact between mentors and mentees, in person contacts, telphone contacts. Activities include community service, faith based acitvities, homework assistance, college prep., life skills development, entertainment, cultural events, sports, child/growth development, etc. | |||||||||
