| This program will provide the well being of chldren and families to increase parent's confidence and competence in their parenting abilities, focus on health prevention and child abuse prevention. The target population will be families at risk and for neglect and/or abuse. Services to be provided will be family support services; parenting education; mental health prevention; health prevention; Pre-placement prevention services to help children at risk of foster care placement remain safely with their families. | |||||||||
