| Plan would relocate and consolidate regional headquarters in Panama City. Currently the biological and administrative functions of the regional headquarters are located in rural Bay County. The law enforcement operations is located at the Naval Coastal Systems Station on Panama City Beach. Due to attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, both law enforcement personnel and citizens have found it increasingly difficult to access the base and therefore the state facility. | |||||||||
