| Mental Health services to Minority adult populations Suffer from mental illness. THe targeted population is adults who work or are otherwise productive because their treatment keeps the psychiatric illness under control. Psychiatric medication management, counseling and other therapies will be provided to enable them to remain in the community. | |||||||||
