| The pilot project is designed to address issues in a preventative and early intervention effort. If it is successful, it will reduce the number of new cases entering the dependency system, and it will positively impact the stress on treatment provider's current service capacity. For this pilot to have the maximum beneficial effect on at-risk children in these three counties, it must also support the treatment needs of those parents already in the dependency system. | |||||||||
