| Provide an intense reading instructional program beyond the regular school day (e.g. afterschool, saturdays, evenings, summer school) designed to bring third graders facing retention because of reading deficiencies. Provide intense reading acceleration program through teacher directed instruction, independent activity, and computer support enhancement to be promoted to the fourth grade. | |||||||||
