| Mental Health services to Minority adult populations of Americans who suffer from illness and/or substance abuse problems. The targeted population is adults who work or are otherwise productive because their treatment keeps the psychiatric illness under control. Psychiatric medication management, counseling, and other therapies will be provided to enable them to remain in community. | |||||||||
