| The CAA Youth Leadership 2000 Project is targeted to "at-risk" youth throughout Miami-Dade County. This project exposes hundreds of youths (many for the first time) to structured activities which are effective in countering the negative impact associated with "risk factors" in their environment. The services provided to the target population result in positive changes among young persons. The CAA Youth Leadership 2000 Project endorses the support of the Department of Juvenile Justice's Prevention Plan's, "keeping Busy" component. | |||||||||
