| The project will remove the city's sewage discharge from Holmes Creek and will develop a land application discharge process. This will improve the water quality in Holmes Creek, the Choctawhatchee River and Choctawhatchee Bay. Project will serve, Holmes county a rural area of critical economic concern and is proposed in cooperation with the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance of the okaloosa-Walton Community College. | |||||||||
