| The project will remove city sewage discharge from Holmes Creek and will develop a land application discharge system. This will improve the water quality in Holmes Creek, The Choctawhatchee River and Choctawhatchee Bay. Affected area includes incorporated city limits and Washington County and is located in area of critical economic concern. The project is also proposed in cooperation with the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance, OWCC | |||||||||
