Statewide Interest:
In adequate capacity coupled with inflow/infiltration issues represent a potential threat to the environment. The implementation of this project will help protect the environment by ensuring that raw sewage is properly collected and treated. Odor control and equipment noise issues exist at the current treatment facility. The proposed improvements will be designed to minimize noise and odor. Improvements necessary are anticipated to provide at least Class B level sludge product, which is also an improvement over the current situation.
